Rounded Padouk Bowl

A hand-turned bowl in padouk, an African hardwood known for its warm, deep red colour. Its full, rounded body curves gently inward towards the rim, giving the bowl a soft, sculptural silhouette. Fine, flowing grain and a small natural character mark in the wood make this a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

The bowl is finished with natural oils, beeswax and carnauba wax, which give the wood a soft, warm sheen. Use it as a fruit bowl, for nuts and dry snacks, or simply as a striking eye-catcher on the table or shelf.

Good to know: padouk ages beautifully. Its bright red tone gradually deepens to a warm, dark reddish brown.

Care: clean by hand with a damp cloth or a little lukewarm water. Do not put it in the dishwasher and do not let it soak. Rub it in with a little food-safe oil from time to time to keep its warm sheen.
